He genuinely cared to hear about my life and what brought me in. He was compassionate, and honest and gave me a few options and suggestions which one was even do nothing. amazing customer service!! Both employees jumped in to help me finish my package to meet the UPS pickup. They both went out of their way to ensure that my parcel made it to Missouri before Christmas. The maternity ward here is outstanding. The doctors and nurses really do their jobs well, even going well beyond what you would expect in a hospital. We made the trip out there from Ottawa for both of our children because they were so good
