I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. My Daughter sent me a Birthday arrangement. Gorgeous it was pink flowers in the shape of a Birthday cake, stunning. My neighborhood all commented on it.

I brought my B Class RV to Krown (Oshawa, Russet Ave) to have them apply rust protection to it. As I had special needs due to piping, tanks, and electrical systems which are located under the RV, I was apprehensive about spraying rust protection to these systems. Krown employees listened to my concerns and after a discussion they applied the rust protection to suit my needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I would recommend them to any vehicle owner.

I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.
The staffs are competent and polite, they will go the extra mile to help customers. Well trained team!

Great place for guys or girls. They seem up to date on all hair styles and they attempt to teach you how to duplicate what they did so you can do it yourself. So far always a great haircut. At first I thought this was just a womans hair salon but I found out that each hairdresser is required to take courses to improve their craft and some of those courses are in mens cuts and styles. Excellent work here. I also often get a free coffee which is a bonus.

JUST WISH I KNEW THAT THE FIRST HARLEY I BAUGHT WAS NOT A BIG SELLER , AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE INTERESTED IN BUYING IT BACK IN THE FUTURE .
