I've used a variety of Sherrie's 'Simply Helpful' services over the last several months. She has helped us with everything from organizing and prepping to move to getting set up in our new home. My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place

This is among the premier B&B's I have known and the best in the Haliburton Highlands.The building and accomodation is first class with the warmth and charm found only in log architecture. The service is outstanding and the features of the waterfall and swimming are outstanding. I would highly recommend Sunny Rock to anyone looking for a quiet adult B&B experience.

We ordered the Beef tenderloin crostini, pork belly, baby back ribs, and black cod. The pork belly was the crispest and least fatty that I've ever had, it was spectacular. The flavors on the crostini were very good, the cherry chutney and dijon aioli went very well together. And the ribs... much better than any I've had at a Ribfest. My GF said the black cod was the tastiest fish she had ever had. The ambiance is nice cottage country, the dining room intimate with only four tables. A definite repeat!.

Just bought birthstone rings for our grandchildren for their 16th birthdays. They were beautiful and so suited the different personalities of the young ones. Best place ever. Service unbelievable.

Great place for guys or girls. They seem up to date on all hair styles and they attempt to teach you how to duplicate what they did so you can do it yourself. So far always a great haircut. At first I thought this was just a womans hair salon but I found out that each hairdresser is required to take courses to improve their craft and some of those courses are in mens cuts and styles. Excellent work here. I also often get a free coffee which is a bonus.

The food here is your standard family diner fare in terms of quality, nothing special, but the selection is quite varied, Greek food, Italian, English/North American, basic burgers, I can't see anyone going here and not being able to find something they like. But above all is the location, right beside the falls. Sure, when eating on the deck it makes whispered conversation a wee bit difficult, but it's a good noise that's relaxing rather than annoying. Just sit down and enjoy!

I had a tooth distraction today by Dr. Bell. I left feeling good, I usually white knuckle through it due to childhood dental experiences.
He is very personable and professional. I have been going to this clinic since it opened and have had only friendly service from everyone.
