Was an AMAZING experience from start to finish. My appointment was at 7:30am. Staff was already in place, smiling, professional, organized and ready to start. Hygienist, support staff and Dr. Crawford were incredible. Patient, kind, easily answered questions. Office was beautiful, bright, clean, organized and welcoming for ALL ages. Would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Crawford and ALL staff to anyone. 5 STARS!

Dr. Bastian is a dentist raised in Peterborough and has been practicing here for more than 30 years. Happy to have a local health care provider stick around and care for the community. My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change

From the moment the front desk sets the appointment, through the courtesy reminders, the short wait times, to the careful and thorough explanations of what they recommend for treatment Dr. Giuliani and Dr. Wong and all the staff show courtesy, caring and patience. As close to pain-free dentistry as you can get. I gave them top rating because they deserve it. I've been a patient for 6 years and absolutely no regrets.
And the recent remodeling has only made the whole environment that much pleasanter.
