The only negative I have is the four day week the practice is open. Unfortunately, I have to consider switching to a vet who is open six days a week as it is difficult for me to take my pet to Nanaimo in case of emergency.

After looking at a few options for replacing our 26+ year old kitchen cabinet doors we chose Rick and could not be happier about our choice. Rick is very professional and meticulous with his work. A pleasure to see when so many these days just show up and provide the basic service and then leave.

I recently had some body work done at this location. The reception was friendly and super-efficient. The work was done on time and to very high standards. All the insurance and rental car paperwork was handled in-house. I did not have to do a thing.
When I picked my vehicle up, I was surprised to see that it had been washed and detailed inside as well. Excellent company. I would highly recommend them.

The Staff are lovely and are doing the best they can. The Facility it's self is well maintained and I'm very happy to see that my pa is being taken care of with dignity and respect.
