My husband and I went to Lethbridge Mitsubishi after a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Hyundai. Rick (General Sales Manager) greeted us like old friends the minute we entered the dealership. My experience with this company was nothing short of the best....being self employed, and given our current economy....a scary place to be...every day I expected to get a call from the dealership to tell me they could no longer hold my car....but that call never came...they hung in with me while I got everything in place, then stepped in to ensure I was confident in my new purchase and all it's features...a great team at Milestone Mazda, I would recommend to anyone!!! After a falling out with our local Honda dealer, we drove to Lethbridge McFadden and had a great experience. No surprise charges (block heater, floor mats, etc), vehicle was ready to go with some small gifts inside.
Great dealership, only problem is we had to drive an hour and a half to get the service and courtesy we couldn't get locally.
