I’ve been a customer of Acura of Barrie for over 15 years. While I like the quality and reliability of the vehicles it’s the people in the Service Department that have kept me there for all these years. Alex the Service Mgr and Nathan the Service Advisor ate simply the best! I always get prompt, personalized service and advice I can trust and rely upon to be in my best interest. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I purchased my first car here. I did my research online before going into the dealer. When I was there, the sales rep Cindy, was excellent. She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell. As a customer I felt valued because Cindy cared, listened to my needs and then showed me a vehicle that was best suited for me. I really enjoyed my experience with Cindy and would definitely recommend purchasing with her.

I was oringianlly going to Legget Kia in Burlington and had the worst service of my life, thinking at the time that this was normal for a dealership. They would never tell me what exact maintainence I was paying for etc so I decided to switch to Airport Kia. They were so welcoming and explained everything they did to my car during servicing. They answered all my questions and did not rush! Will be comntinuing my maintainence here!

Very friendly staff. Explains very well in detail about the vehicle. They don’t pressure you. The only downfall was. It took me almost 5 hours. But overall the service was amazing.
