We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass. Krystal was fantastic & took care of all the details and treated us like old friends. From the test drive, to picking up the vehicle, they were all pleasant, stress free, no hassle or gimmick or pressure visits. My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

A real honest mechanic who knows what he is doing. You can always trust Rich to tell it to you straight and help you weigh your options. My friend used to work for Rich which is where I got my initial introduction about 7 years ago, and I have been going to him for maintenance ever since. Highly recommended.

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

Ian the Service Manager was a great help. I took my 2013 Sportage in with a blown engine and he got it fully covered by warranty and got me a rental so I was not inconvenienced. Great service!!
