My car wouldn't start, I called the dealership and they took my car in quickly, updated me every step of they way and delivered my car to me promptly. It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car. I have never had anything but an exceptional experience. Thank you Zihan, Markus and Caidan and team! The best!!!!

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

My daughters 2008 Honda Civic broke down on her way out of the city camping. We had it towed into London Honda thinking the worst - a transmission. They estimated it quickly, reached out to us to get approval and had it fixed within 24 hours for a minor problem. They also road tested it afterwards to make sure it fixed the problem. The service advisor, Jim, was amazing. We definitely had a great experience and will be back. Thank-you!

We had the best experience ever while having our Motor home repaired at Anderson in Woodstock.
The staff kept us informed of everything going on.
When we buy a GM we will definitely go to Anderson's and I would suggest everyone else go there as well.

Due to an accident that "wrote off" my previous vehicle I was forced to look for a new vehicle. After narrowing the search to 3 SUV's we visited the dealerships. We met Mark Rupoli at MacMaster - after a test drive and getting our questions answered we decided that the 2010 Equinox was the vehicle we wanted. They were in high demand. The dealership went to great lengths to assist us while we waited for our vehicle to come in. We were very grateful.
We have now had the vehicle for approx 6 months. I LOVE IT.
I almost look forward to my "oil changes" as I can enjoy a complimentary coffee, order breakfast/lunch and even work on my lap top in the "Corvette Cafe".

This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!
