Amazing service. I had trouble with DPF/SCR aftertreatment system in my D13 VNL780. Diagnosed in no minutes, fixed same day. All parts sourced from Volvo, all diagnostics done with legal, connected to Volvo database computer. Had my ECU updated to 2022 flash for free! Had also issue with fuel tank leveling (was driving on one tank only), ignition problems. The guys diagnosed, fixed all the problems same day. Volvo would charge me 3 times more than you may see on my attached invoice I paid.

We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass. Krystal was fantastic & took care of all the details and treated us like old friends. I have been coming to Mississauga Toyota for service ever since purchasing my 2018 Toyota Corolla LE in 2019. Every time I bring my car in for service the staff is amazing and does there best to inform me of the best course of action. Today, in particular I had the opportunity to work with amazing individuals, Antonio, Edwin, Juan, Jodi and Katrina. All of them were very helpful and went above and beyond with it being the Saturday before Thanksgiving weekend. A big thank you to all of them!

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty
