Great experience with Josh and the whole team at eagle ridge gm. Everything was easy, everyone was friendly and the service was great. While searching for a new truck I looked around at a few different dealerships and instead of listening to me and getting me into the vehicle I was looking for, they all tried to pressure me into something extremely expensive. It was totally different with Josh at eagle ridge. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I will be back for sure.

Well that was easy! We got more than we asked for at the price we wanted and the process was transparent and pleasant. We were working with Shawn and Shamal and they were lovely. Shawn went and grabbed another vehicle from another lot as he had a hunch that was the one for us - and turns out he was right! It was refreshing to deal with sales people who were upfront and honest, especially after seeing a fair bit of the opposite at other dealerships beforehand. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. I was driving a 2013 Kia Rio and absolutely loved it! after driving it for 2 years and the over 240,000 KMs from the previous owner I did have to say goodbye to it. I came to applewood looking for the exact same vehicle, model and color and to my surprise John had my Exact car on the lot!

I have have had a few different cars in my life and more than wanted due to a couple of nasty accidents. More than anything I hate pushy salesmen or having someone in my face pressuring me into something I am unsure of. My experience at Langley Hyundai was probably the best I ever had, they answered all my questions accurately and were very patient with me. I left the building feeling really good about my purchase, not wondering if I made the right decision. Everyone was very welcoming and I will definitely recommend Gus Gill and his amazing staff to all my friends. I am soooo loving my Santa Fe. Thank you everyone who participated in making this happen for me.

I have known this dealership since 2013. Their customer service is impeccable and you will always feel comfortable and at ease. At 64, I have visited a LOT of showrooms and Jonker Honda is exceptional. GM Erik will make you feel like family because you can tell this IS an old style family style business. Straight talk, no scheming in the back office, or misrepresentations. I will only buy a Honda here because I know when I leave I won't be scratching my head wondering if I got jacked. KUDOS!!!
