has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. The absolute best service I've received compared to best buy, vision and future shop for sure.

I have been taking my cats there for years. Dr. Sherry Van Boxtel is the best and she took such wonderful care of my cats and treated them like her own. She is amazing. The rest of the staff are fantastic too. If you need a vet this is the place to go.

We had a ton of spiders in on our desk and on the walls of the house - to a point the deck was almost unusable. We called Golden Arrow and Sunny came out within a day. He explained to us what he was going to do and how it would solve the problem and he was in and out within an hour. He also told us that he found some evidence that mice might be transiting through our backyard and he put out some mouse traps. Haven't seen a spider back there since. Good service, quick and reliable.

5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. Mike made a special trip to Cochrane [at no additional cost to us] to supply us & some of our neighbours with bait stations. We recommend them as they offer various services at affordable prices. I just did a beginner puppy class at the spruce grove location. The trainer was great. We got so much one on one time with her. She new where my dog struggled and slowed down to make sure my dog was getting it. For 130$ and 6 classes I couldn’t be more impressed! They love what they do and it shows!

From the first call I made to the heat treatment to the follow up inspection... We Clean bedbugs was thorough, fast and professional. 100% discreet with unmarked vehicles. My wife and myself have disabilities, We clean had a 24hr treatment option which reduced the preparation required by 90% and that made this horrible situation a lot easier. Don’t know why other reviewers have had problem. We bathe our dogs here all the time and they are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. And their bathing facilities are fabulous. Want to keep that our secret!
