We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. Read the review on line and I found the complet opposite.It took half an hour ,they found a nail in the tire. They were very courteous ,fast and he even checked the treed on tires ,let me know I did not need tires as last person who worked on my tire recommended.Over all I will be back again when I need help.

I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.
