I highly recommend Shamrock Tire to anyone who demands great service and pricing. They quickly responded to my online quote request for 4-new tires, while 2 other companies that I requested online quotes from never bothered to respond. Darren and his crew went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of the new tires, including lowering the spare tire on my 4-Runner to check and adjust the air pressure. A great company with great service!

It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

BCAA helped connect me with Cody at Western Auto Wreckers & Towing for a tow out of a ditch on a forest service road. They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Service was friendly, timely, transparent and very helpful. Would recommend!

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

This is the best store for many things to buy and we always got good service and the quality is good. I buy all my garden needs, small appliances, dog and cat food and stuff, household cleaners etc. Everything is always available and priced well.

Very professional and effective at resolving the only real issue on my 6.6 LMM Duramax, the restrictive exhaust system. Now with new software and a very clean exhaust tune, I have dramatically improved horsepower and mileage. Really wish I had gone to Dunbar's Automotive in Vernon sooner as I love my bulletproof GMC Sierra 2500 HD, owned 12 years no problems. With countless of these diesel exhaust conversions under their belt Dunbar's can't be beat. Thanks Leroy and Ken! Craig

I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!
