Hands down the best training facility I've ever been a part of!!! I joined REV MMA on a 3 month membership to get me back in shape for another season of touch football and ended up walking away from a 20 year love for a sport because of a new addiction to BJJ and MT!!! The coaches are top shelf... I can't say enuf about them and the calibre of people that join this club is a reflection of that! When all you can think about is how soon you can get to the gym you know you've found the right place!!!

Inspira Athletica is a modern, beautiful gym for personal training and has surpassed all my wants and expectations! The sense of trust and community that the trainers and my new friends from group training classes and I have built together is unlike any gym I have ever been to before! A commercial gym with good amenities and staff is hard to find, until you visit LA Fitness at Kennedy Commons. As a regular member of 2 years, I am extremely pleased with the great work management has done to maintain a top notch facility.

Not to mentioned the excellent facilities, coaches are also awesome. Most of them are coming from professional fields such as China Nationa Team. They can play direct with you and demonstrate their beautiful swings. They get major titles of champions nearby recently. It is nice place for company play and profeesional training

I’ve trained with Coach Emile at the boxing loft for years. A truly dedicated technician who is committed to his clients’ progress and development, Emile offers a wealth of knowledge whether for general physical preparedness, boxing or sport specific strength and conditioning goals. Also just a great place to push yourself beyond what you knew you were capable of.
The gym is intimate, functional and clean for groups. Highly recommend.

Urban Playground Fitness is my favourite! The trainers provide a hard-working, supportive and glute-kicking class every time. I've never sweat so much in my life! But you definitely walk out feeling like a million bucks!

All the teachers at Yoga Tree are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have gained a thorough knowledge of anatomy as well as the philosophy of yoga through the classes I have taken at the studio. I especially enjoy Jason's class, which has given me a new sense of freedom in breathing and movement in every aspect of my life, and has given me an extra dose of in-depth knowledge on how our minds and bodies work.
It's great how they are open minded about the various traditions of yoga and offer Hot Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Iyengar and Kripalu. This was great when I first started yoga and didn't know what style of yoga I would like.
