We have five dogs and have had medically complex ones in the past as well. They keep our fur family well cared for and we never have to remind them about what is what with whom because they are 100% prepared for every appointment. They remind us about things that need doing and call to check when we have a sick family member. The vets and staff are so nice and very professional. I am so happy we interviewed them and were able to secure such excellent, organized and caring health care!

Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. Branden from All Weather heating and cooling did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new water tank furnace and air conditioning units. His team was professional did a neat installation and made sure everything was functioning as it should. There are lots of "furnace installers" these guys care. No amount of money can make someone care about the work they do. They ether do or they don't. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I have shopped there for years, however, during Covid 19, they were able to satisfy their customers better than ever. Walk up to their window, order what you needed, pay and it was all brought out to your vehicle. No problems. Made the big shops feel awkward and difficult.

I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. Emilio snd his staff are fantastic! I went in with my father who had a bad experience with another clinic a few weeks back. The took extreme care in understanding his concerns and provided sound advice how best to move forward. FOR YEARS I WAS TROUBLED WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS HIP PAIN. MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING PARTICULARLY WRONG WITH MY HIP AND SUSPECTED IT MAY BE MY BACK. THIS WAS AFTER LASER TREATMENT, ACUPUNCTURE, CHIRO, DEEP MUSCLE MASSAGE, SPINAL INJECTIONS AND PHYSIO EXERCISES. MY GP SENT ME TO DR. SLOAT. I WAS IN HER OFFICE LESS THAN 10 MIN., SHE ASKED ME A HALF DOZ QUESTIONS AND TOLD ME SHE WAS ALMOST CERTAIN IT WAS SPINAL STINOSYS. AN MRI AND DIAGNOSIS AT THE GEN CONFIRMED.
