Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. There is many good people around, but some go a wee bit higher, on personal customer service! Thank you so much, I have you on speed dial, appreciate your customer service etiquette!

Excellent work, and surprisingly(delightfully) large number of fabric choices. My cats are the reason I needed the couch recovered in the first place. Hopefully the new heavy plastic cover will deter their seeing the arm as a scratching post. Very happy with my new improved seating!

Went there for lunch today ,Tuesday Sept 11th ,on entering the restaurant immediately noticed how exceptionally clean and tidy it was ,at the time it was easy to get a table as it had just gone 12 in an hour people were waiting for a table it was busy .we had the buffet it was one of the best Ive had in ages food was hot and plentiful and delicious from the first bite to the last .it is worth the drive from Owen sound

Over the years I have used Almas for repairs and towing services. I have always been treated fairly and in a professional manner.
The service is excellent and the cost is very reasonable but the most important point is that Almas is a garage that is honest, and dependable.Something that you do not find very much these days.

I had AM Roofing do my roof and insulation. I am extremely happy with the way Rich and his crew worked. Very professional. I am also impressed with Jake and Corey who done my insulation showing me places that was never insulated and should have been. My attic is now bearable to sit in. Before it was either too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. Amazing what the correct amount of insulation will do to your heating/ac bills. We just purchased the Beachcomber 007 2 seater model from the store in Collingwood. We absolutely LOVE it!!
