Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. I recently bought one of Joe's 'Ariens' snowblowers I wanted to buy local, I'm sick and tired of Big Box buffoons with their lack of knowledge and expertise beyond anything more than operating the flush mechanism on a toilet.
Joe went out of his way to accommodate me, he assembled the machine, set up the snowblower for a gravel driveway, delivered the machine to me and happily took my old 25 year old banger away to recycle parts from. The total bill was considerably less than everywhere else.

We were fortunate enough to be referred to Kristen when our son was two and needed care for him. She has since become a member of our family!
