Called them on a Wednesday, Bryan came to look at the job that evening and then they came on Thursday and cut the tree down, trimmed the other one and cleaned up everything. They are totally awesome. My front yard looks so neat and clean now. Would certainly recommend them to anyone having tree work done. Certainly give them a 5 star rating. Maureen

John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Over the years, she has helped me recover from several injuries, work related body strain/ headaches, and pregnancy. On top of her impressive anatomical knowledge and incredible skills, she is approachable, professional, and willing to listen.
