Very impressed with their workmanship. They resized my wedding ring which consists of 3 separate intertwined gold rings. Figuring out new and smaller circumference was challenging taking the thickness of each ring into account. They did it perfectly leaving no trace of resizing on each of the rings. We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

I had Ricky come by and installed the roof for us last year. Ricky showed extremly patience and helped me go through and revise the plan over and over again. The work was nicely done, and his crew were polite and professional. They used some sort of detector sweeping the lawn to make sure nothing garbage was left around the house. Small details make the difference, right? I would like to recommend Ricky to anyone I konw of.

Lana was the only one who put us on a waiting list and then actually called us when a unit came available. She is amazing! We loved that our wordly possessions were secure and in a clean facility. Bridges for Women is a non-profit society. We had invited Joseph to come and give us an estimate to have our Langford location painted and were very surprised when he offered to do the whole job, paint and labour, as a donation to us! He and his team put in extra hours and effort to complete the job in the narrow window of time we had available, and they did a beautiful job. Our space looks fresh and bright! So glad we did called Matt to replace our vinyl deck. We had several delays due to the weather this time of the year but Matt was constantly in contact with us with updates and timings. Anytime there was a concern or suggestion, he would make contact and discuss the options before proceeding. Matts Cobstruction is a one man show, but you wouldnt think so with the work he does. Highly recommend him.
