I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. I had an excellent experience with Raptor Movers this past weekend. I received a quote promptly and the communication with staff was great leading up to the move. The movers, Karan and Akash were efficient and they went above and beyond in ensuring our stuff was well protected and delivered with zero issues.
