I locked my keys in the trunk of my vehicle on Saturday July 30 around 11:30 am and called Chevy's roadside assistance. They sent me Joseph from Figliomeni and sons towing. Have to share my great experience at Marathon IDA !! The staff were very friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what i needed!! Today I met the new pharmacist, who is absolutely amazing !! She is kind & very knowledgeable!! It was very nice to have a place as a one stop shop - got my medical needs looked after, had assistance with hair care products & I even got to do some Xmas shopping as they have a wide selection of gifts & decorations !!

Jelle is the consummate professional and has a wealth of experience. Within 10 minutes of my inquiry he responded and was over in the same hour to have a look at the job. This is unheard of in Muskoka. He had a quote back to me within three days and he fit me in to his extremely busy schedule to repoint two chimneys before the winter season hit.
