I went to Medi-Massage for neck and back pain from a sports related injury. Every part of my experience, from friendly reception staff to the Registered Massage Therapist who treated me, was excellent! The massage was great and I felt so much better after my treatment, I wondered why I had not gone sooner.

Dr. Cowherd really cares about your health. He is an athlete so he understands sports injuries. He also offers free workshops on nutrition, detoxing your body, injury avoidance, etc. I highly recommend him!

This was my first visit to 4 Your Health. The aesthetician there greeted me with a friendly and relaxing smile. I was having my chest and back sugared and was a little worried to say the least. Kristy made me feel comfortable about it all. Yes, it did hurt, not saying that, but it took no time at all and the end result was amazing. I never felt so clean. Thanks Kristy, and yes I will be a return client.
