Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I have been asked to go to other places, but I only wish to go here. The staff at Lifmark are very friendly and cordial. You can speak openly with each and everyone of them. They are all very down to earth. Awesome place!

New to me Dr Leeson and assistant Enida were amazing. I was nervous about getting a filling but they both made me feel comfortable and relaxed . BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !! Didn’t feel a thing first time in my life AND no headaches after like I’m used to !! Both were fun , funny but extremely professional. So happy I’m their patient ?

Dr. Moona and his amazing staff gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough.
