ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE ! Here it is, Christmas day! No heat.. no hot water.. and not sure what to do. . Called around and Ron Martin's heating was the only one to take a call ! Very impressive customer service from Roysons. 1st time I ever shopped there and was treated as if I've been a regular for years. Ask for Al ....he helped me pick out exactly the Ceramic Tile I eventually decided to buy. He allowed me to take my time and didn't hurry me at all which most stores always do. I will definitely shop at Roysons again for Tile or Laminate.
