This lady is so respectable and kind. The owner is very accommodating and understands we seniors are on a budget. The best rates in Kelowna and is first aide certified which is such a relief to know. The owner stays with you on site and does not charge any extra for that convenience. She has also lived in kelowna for many years and know not only allot of the places but allot of the people as well which is nice to see in a business owner. Very Pleased.

Matt did a great job. I have used Okanagan Property Services for the last 2 years. Very reliable and great economical service. They quickly responded to my online quote request for 4-new tires, while 2 other companies that I requested online quotes from never bothered to respond. Darren and his crew went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of the new tires, including lowering the spare tire on my 4-Runner to check and adjust the air pressure. We thought we had to buy a new dishwasher ... After the installation of a granite counter top, side mount screws were used to replace the top mount screw to re secure the dishwasher. This distorted its frame, the door did not close properly, and we experienced off-and-on starting problems which we thought to be caused by its electronics. Tony recognized the problem, removed the side mount screws, - and saved us a lot of money! Very professional approach, we would recommend him anytime!

For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!

D & M came and cleaned my living room and hallway. He came at the time we had arranged, he gave me a great price. He clean my carpets very well and in a timely manner. He even got out out my tough coffee stain that another company tried and failed to do!! I will be using them again!
