Matt did a great job. I have used Okanagan Property Services for the last 2 years. Very reliable and great economical service. They cleaned out my rental suite and kept my lawns and hedges in great shape . In winter they removed snow fast and efficiently. An excellent service. Highly recommend Matt Black and his guys . Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!

Jeff called this morning ,measure up for a new toilet .
The toilet was picked up , the old one taken away. We changed from a Toto to an American Standard. We were very happy with the service , workmanship and fair price .
