Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company.
And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly!

was there for 18 years and found the staff very patient and understanding despite a very tough environment. Found the counsellor John McMahon to be professional and courteous. Although some doctors may get a bad rap I found that if you treat them with respect they will respond in kind.
