Used the kennels several times for our large breed dog. He always returns home happy and healthy. Nice people who really care about the dogs.

I moved to campbell river just over 2 years ago. I tried a few groomers in town and was very unimpressed with either the quality of work or the customer service. I tried A1 pet salon and am happy I did. My fur babes have grown to love their visits with Sarah. Fantastic grooming practices, very clean and quiet atmosphere. This young lady deserves to be recognized. :-)

Dar does a wonderful job with our little dog Keifer,he is 14 years young now but he loves his trips to dog n groom.we love the way he looks fresh from his trims, but he enjoys his visit even more.

I have used this groomer for years for 3 long-haired, mostly large, dogs. I have been extremely pleased with my dogs & feel the staff are kind, competent, friendly & professional. Their charges are very fair.
