Ameer was very kind, professional & personable, but not pushy. He helped me with a new mattress, box spring, bed rails and mattress protector. The delivery was easy & the gentlemen were very quick & professional also! Thank you! Very pleased.

I have had excellent service and advice from Old McDonald's. A family business can provide advice on appliance brands based on real world experience. For example, which brands have little or not service support in the province of Ontario. They also offer extended warranties which are transferable to new owners! Delivery and set up of a new fridge was exemplary.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well.
