Soooo happy there are new owners!!! The food is excellent and the portions are huge. This guy has taken a traditional Chicken Cordon Bleu and made it his own! If you go there order the "Chicken Devil Eye" You won't be disappointed. I don't know what he does but the passion is ther with this dish. I will definately be stopping here again.

What a find! Had breakfast here, bacon and broccoli eggs, it was outstanding! Worth it to drive a few blocks off the highway - open for breakfast and lunch, don’t miss it!

My spouse and I discovered this restaurant as a fluke- we were not in there to eat, in there to conduct business with the owner for a local festival. When my spouse got back to the car he said, we are going to go back there for lunch. And we did just that and were very impressed. We were not sure of the sizes so we both ordered 2 medium panzerottis, and wow, we didn't need to make dinner that night. Very affordable and the best panz I have ever eaten in my life.

Dim sum at the Canton doesn't disappoint. It's always fresh, authentic, and delicious as it should be. My only issue is with the service, which is inconsistent depending on who is serving. The hired staff is preferred over the owners, as they are more friendly and patient with customers. The owner isn't unpleasant per se, but just a little too involved and expectant. Love the restaurant overall, either for dimsum or an authentic Chinese dinner item. The service fades into the background with food that good!
