Great family restaurant. Good prices and my family all love the food. Lots of choices for the kids.

This was our first time at Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was quite busy for 4PM Sunday, but not packed. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
The waitress seemed to be in a hurry. Looks like they were short staffed. She messed up our drinks and the cook never brought us the buns we were supposed to get with our meal. My tea cup had something dried up on it (looked like brown sugar), which I had to scrape off with my fingers :)))) I didn't bother asking to get a new one.
The food was very tasty, although the dessert (sundae) was far too sweet .
Overall a nice little lower-middle class restaurant with good atmosphere.
The service could be better though.

I've been eating at this restaurant for 14 years and the quality has always been outstanding. The service is consistently good, the staff really takes good care of you during your visit. I also enjoyed the atmosphere, toddler stayed quiet and ate and the staff was very friendly with him.

I have found this location to be the best in Calgary. I don't eat out often but now having tried other locations I will drive quit a distace to use this location, it's that good. Ths folks there are always friendly and the place is always very clean. I highly recomend it.
