SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Great place to shop. We've bought some of our best furniture from them. If they don't have it they can get it. It's nice to go into a place and have someone ask if you need something unlike some others places around where you're looking forever to find help.

I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Last year I had a problem with a dewalt tool, was very satisfied with the way things were handled. I was originally worried, but was relieved when I went back into the store and they took care of the problem
