We wanted a Gas Fire installed in our basement and we chose Mason Place Fireplace & BBQ Centre to do the work. It was the best decision we could have made! Unsure of those other reviews on here. I've relied on this store for 5 years now. The owner, and other senior staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue on returns either.

Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!

What a treat we had in Port Perry after a couple of hours out on the water. The main dining room was full so we were shown a table in a private room which we had all to ourselves. Both the service and the food was excellent. The owner, Christie, was friendly and down to earth making us feel very welcome. A couple of us had food restrictions which were easily accommodated. The homemade ice cream was a exceptional way to end a delicious lunch. I’ll definitely go back!

We were impressed - excellent customer service. Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.
