Excellent staff here. Each and every staff member was professional but friendly. Very honorable work ethics, and pride in their work was evident at all times. I would recommend McCabe Clinic to everyone. My mother who is 91 years old and a very set in her ways was treated at all times with respect, kindness and patience. They went over and above in trying to please her and never made her feel as she was being difficult or bothersome. Many thanks to all of you

I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Leon's is lucky to have her on staff.

This clinic has been reviewed and stands up to the highest Audiological standards of practice as well as ethical and customer service excellence with a dedicated drive to pursue ongoing learning and improvement in all areas of practice. Based on my 16 years of clinical practice I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone requiring Audiological care.
