This location is great for dealing with costumer service. I had an issue with obtaining a receipt for an online purchase through Staples. I have to give the manager a shoutout because she did everything she could to try to get me a receipt, she was not able to give me one in the end but instead gave me some advice moving forward. Within 15min of coming home after my trip I was able to obtain a receipt via email through the advice given from the manager.

I was having issues with my computer crashing while playing games on Steam & Battlenet. I had brought to another repair shop in the city. After it was there for 9 working days, I picked it up at the cost of $246.00 and not fixed. ( I have to say that they did change out the mother board, so that had to be paid for of course) I brought the computer to Thriftking computer and the owner Bill said leave it with him. I got a call the next day said it was up and running. I Highly recommend this shop.
