March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

I went there yesterday to have a package delivered they lady was fantastic so friendly and was trying to help me as best she could. She was upset about my return and how a massive company won’t even pay to have item return. She was trying to find me the best deal possible.
