March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

Zaheer gave us the advice we needed to select our TV and Visions gave us excellent service. The first TV was damaged by the cable company at installation and Visions worked with them to replace it.

First visit but I will be back! I received superior customer service from Chloe today. She proved herself to be knowledgeable, informed, helpful and very courteous and personable! It was my good fortune to have her to deal with as mine was a reasonably complicated transaction yet Chloe breezed through the process seamlessly. I will be back.
