Goes above and beyond to get the job done. We were referred through a friend after having the job already started and left incomplete. I was already pretty fed up, but with Norando's service, professional and kind approach our guard quickly came down. He was creative in assisting make painting and renovation decisions. We are more than happy with the work that was done. Would highly recommend and use again for future projects.

In planning my basement renovation I received estimates from 3 separate contractors. Sam at Golden Hand Reno offered the most competitive rate, and presented design ideas that the competitors never considered. The project from beginning to end was handled very professionally, including the establishment of a contract and payment instalments that reflected the amount of work completed. Sam was in regular communication with me and attended my home each morning to ensure the job was proceeding as planned, and that I was satisfied with the progress. I absolutely love the finished product and will not hesitate to use Golden Hand Reno again. I highly recommend this company for your renovation.
