Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. There is many good people around, but some go a wee bit higher, on personal customer service! Thank you so much, I have you on speed dial, appreciate your customer service etiquette!

Excellent work, and surprisingly(delightfully) large number of fabric choices. My cats are the reason I needed the couch recovered in the first place. Hopefully the new heavy plastic cover will deter their seeing the arm as a scratching post. Very happy with my new improved seating!

Went there for lunch today ,Tuesday Sept 11th ,on entering the restaurant immediately noticed how exceptionally clean and tidy it was ,at the time it was easy to get a table as it had just gone 12 in an hour people were waiting for a table it was busy .we had the buffet it was one of the best Ive had in ages food was hot and plentiful and delicious from the first bite to the last .it is worth the drive from Owen sound

I had AM Roofing do my roof and insulation. I am extremely happy with the way Rich and his crew worked. Very professional. I am also impressed with Jake and Corey who done my insulation showing me places that was never insulated and should have been. My attic is now bearable to sit in. Before it was either too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. Amazing what the correct amount of insulation will do to your heating/ac bills. We had an excellent experience with the Appliance Doctors. Our 2 year old Frigidaire dryer would not shut off and would not heat. Called on Tuesday and by Thursday a gentleman came and within minutes dryer was fixed, price was extremely reasonable and I was told that if it stopped working they would need to replace a part but there would be no further service call charge. We would just have to pay for part and labour. Fabulous, friendly service! Highly recommended! Dryer working perfectly
