I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience with Raptor Movers this past weekend. I received a quote promptly and the communication with staff was great leading up to the move. Phenomenal service. I needed a same-day engraving done. I asked every other shop in the mall if they could do it-to no avail. Walked into X-Press, first, greeted with the warmest staff / owner. Explained my situation.The owner called her daughter who was busy at home to see if she would come to the store that day to do an engraving on a silver cross. Within 1 hour the job was done! I had four 4K security cameras and a security doorbell installed by ACN Technology. Their installation and expertise were superb. After enjoying the excellent quality of the system, I required more assistance in tweaking it to my preferences.
