Syed is a specialists with Tinnitus and hearing and has been a life saver for me. Everything he said to do and what the hearing aids would do, has been so true. Since I left the clinic yesterday I do not want to take the hearing aids off and the blue tooth is amazing. I forget that I am wearing hearing aids cause I am so busy hearing everything else. I can hear again and my mind is off the tinnitus. Thank God I found the best clinic in BC.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. Within 1 week I decided that no other place can beat the price and the service they have offered, I have purchased 2 hearing aid (both ears). Since then I have been a happy customer and without any hassle I can call anytime when I have some difficulty with my hearing aid. I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). He lay down how I will get use to it and it happened as he said. Fully recommend it.
