I am confused by the "American" designation, since it is clearly German, right down to the delicious spaetzle and red cabbage. (You can only get the red cabbage if you ask, it isn't on the menu.)
The schnitzels are very good, with ample portions. (We have never tried the homemade desserts -- too full!) The meat is tender and set off well by the fine breading. My husband has tried every schnitzel on the menu, and has a hard time declaring a favourite - he enjoys them all.
The coffee is very good, the warm bun that comes prior to the meal is a nice treat. The service is usually very pleasant. A little more than a standard lunch in terms of cost, but worth it.

Never been any where else with 22 drafts on tap, and they always have something new to try!
best patio in town, amazing burgers with so many toppings! delicious and huge fish and chips. Half price wings on tuesday are cheaper than going to the grocery store! bbq pork is really good and juicy and they have so many different french fry options.
I visit often and will continue dinning and drinking here for forever :)

I held my husband’s 50th birthday party at Jesters on the upper floor and everything was handled perfectly. The food was delicious, the service was top notch, and the management was so helpful and accommodating for all of my dietary requests, they set up the decorations and everything went perfectly, it was a a fun, fantastic party. Many, many thanks to the staff and management of Jester’s Court!

I know Magweyers Restaurant in the Baywood Plaza in Ajax is superb. The food is so delightfully fresh and flavours that to h your pallet so gracefully. I have tried most of the menu ,and with the food and lovely service, I can only say it’s a solid 5 STAR restaurant. I would love to go on but go and try it for yourself. Try there French onion soup, it’s the best I have had, and that in itself says everything. Many thanks to Magweyers Ajax .Candace
