During the shut down my wife and I wanted the basement we never used to be converted for exercise. We showed the picture of the result we were hoping to have, Shaw was able to give us exactly what we were looking for with some minor variations due to the space we were working with. They are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. They walk you through the changes and explain each task to make sure you understand. They provide valuable feedback and suggestions on whether it is worth to spend money on any renovation, you ask for. They did my kitchen wall adjustments, tile work, baseboards, countertops and everyth flawless and at reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. They always provide options or suggest ideas to get the best renovation at reasonable cost.

Finally, we have decided to make renovation in our house.We've done our research and have found Laqfoil ltd. We chose some interesting projects from their portfolio and called to their office to request a quote. In arranged time the installer came, took measurements and calculated the cost of our ceiling. It was so fast installation, no need to move the furniture out of the room, no mess and dust as you have with drywall installation and painting, large selection of colours.

Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Ide like to say i was very impressed with Andrew, Austin, Shawn, Tyson and the rest of the team. We hired Ward Group to underpin our basement. We went from having a 5ft 10" basement height, to a 9ft finished ceiling height. What a difference this has made, we now can use our basement as a livable space and couldn't be happier. We would recommend Ward Group to others, as well as i know they are recommended by other contractors (thats how we found out about them). Thanks guys!
