Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Staff is excellent. They go the extra mile to help you resolve what challenges you have. The facility although small is kept in great shape and very clean. This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

Dr. Moona and his amazing staff gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough.

After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. The driver was incredibly kind and quick not to disrupt traffic. The driver made sure I was safe and warm and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. I can't thank you enough for your kind service!

Great to meet DJ and Kyle! They were extremely professional, respectful and got the jobs done in great time. They also checked my water softener. They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost. Jacob (who came the first time to check things and give me an estimate) also got my water softener going and put salt in. Thank you Lodder Brothers!
