I had a very old Vilas sofa reupholstered by Pinot's. No detail was missed. Care & attention was outstanding. Work done on was way beyond my expectations. Ab is a perfectionist, with many years of experience. Also had his son clean my area rugs. He also is a perfectionist...like father, like son. My sincere thanks.

A local furniture restorer suggested Acacia to replace the caning on a stool. I emailed Steve, with a photo of the stool, and he telephoned me back with an estimate.
We were travelling to Vancouver on an afternoon ferry, and needed to drop the stool off in the evening. Steve accommodated this, which I really appreciated as we were flying early the next morning.
On our return 12 days later Steve had the stool all done, excellent job with the caning nice and tight. He also had rounded off the edge of the wood under the caning, which was too sharp and probably the reason the old caning failed in the first place.
I would certainly recommend Steve and Acacia.
