I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. I have brought in area rugs to be cleaned, and had Simcoe Carpet Cleaners come to the house to clean wall to wall carpeting. The service is always prompt and excellent. John and his staff take pride in the family run business, and ensure you will be a loyal and repeat customer. I like the fact that they give you a choice to save some money by bringing in your own rugs and blinds for cleaning. It shows they value your time, too!
