Believe I got very honest inspection, service, advice, answers to my many concerns and questions I wrote down when left for service and asked when back after service. Good practical common sense opinions and advice on whats worth spending on and not. Old car, keep oil spray rust preventing yrly, keep fluid levels watched, changed and the right type per manual. Very little fluid loss so not worth mega cost of engine, pump, etc overhaul, despite tiny loss to top up occasionally.Avoid big bumps ;-)

Universal Auto Body's service is second to none. The prices were well below what other body shops charge, in fact, a few hundred dollars less. Yes, the wait time is a few weeks but when you see the excellent job they've done on your vehicle you'll agree it was worth waiting for. The owners are courteous and helpful despite their busy schedule. I have recommended Universal to all my friends should they require body work and I guaranteed them they wouldn't be disappointed.
