I had a great experience working with Water Guard Plumbing. During the free estimate they explained the problem in simple terms and provided a competitive quote. On the day of the job, the team showed up on time and took great care to prep my home to not be impacted by what was going to be a dirty job. The old pipe was replaced, newer shoddy plumbing fixed, and pipes covered up again. Great customer service and on budget.

We called Marc on a Saturday morning with a clogged kitchen sink drain, which proved to be more involed than you might think. Marc arrived about 30 minutes after we called. Very good at what he does and very pleasant to deal with. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Will use him again and would recomend him to others

I was Marcus' first customer about 12 years ago. At 6 p.m at night I spotted his van and went over and said my water heat and burst and flooded my garage. He said he would be right over with a new tank which was super service. Still using him.

Dan and his team are very professional, they are fast, and they are trustworthy. Dan is one of only a handful of plumbers approved by the city of Hamilton to install backwater valves. This should speak to his abilities and professionalism. Prices are very reasonable.

I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). I called for service regarding my kitchen sink and was happy when told Jeff F. would be the plumber on the call. It has been 5 years or so since he has been out. Jeff is very polite, he even noticed I had a different vehicle. During this pandemic time, I had not concerns, Jeff took every prevention to make me feel at ease.
