He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! After walking in to a terrible flood we had no idea what to do.

We recently bought a new house and had all our appliances, including our water softner, installed by VanHorne plumbing. We also had them upgrade some of our bathroom fixtures.
They came on time, and were neat and efficient. They were extremely polite and I really felt that weren't trying to rip me off in any way. I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing / renovation work!
